Best Time to Visit
Kenya rewards travel in any season, but the dry months - July to October and January to February - bring the clearest game viewing and the most reliable conditions underwheel. The Great Wildebeest Migration passes through the Maasai Mara from July to October; we time itineraries around the crossing windows most relevant to each traveller’s dates.
Permits & Logistics
Kenya’s national parks and conservancies are managed by the Kenya Wildlife Service and independent conservation bodies. Entry fees vary by park and are prepaid as part of every booking. Territory Explorers handles all fees, internal transfers, and reserve documentation before your journey begins.
How Long to Spend
Seven to ten nights gives most travellers a full Kenya experience - enough for the Maasai Mara, a second ecosystem such as Amboseli or Samburu, and a night in Nairobi. Those who want the coast, the mountains, or time in a private conservancy benefit from twelve nights or more.
Health & Preparation
Malaria prophylaxis is recommended for most safari regions. Yellow fever vaccination may be required depending on your point of departure. A full pre-departure health brief, destination dossier, and packing guide are shared with every traveller no less than six weeks before departure.
